The Fed performed another POMO (Permanent Open Market Operation) Purchase for the 5th day in a row. Today's purchase of Treasury securities was for $7.228 billion dollars, bringing the total since August 17th 2010 to $111.438 billion dollars. We have gone into hyper-purchasing mode.
